Blast Mediation
Photos (below) from testing conducted at New Mexico Tech's EMRTC show the effects of over 200 lbs. of TNT and 4 lbs. of C-4 explosives (detonated from a distance of 30 feet) on a typical block structure.
The untreated side was destroyed, the occupant inside could not have survived. The side treated with LINE-X suffered some structural damage but remained in-tact, with no fragmentation. The occupant would have been unharmed. The blast would have been survivable.
